This Privacy Policy explains how FXTV PLAYER ("we", "our", "the App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our desktop and mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: full name, username, and optionally an email address and phone number, provided by you when you register.
• Device identifier: a unique device ID generated on your device, used to link your account to a single device and to prevent abuse of free trial offers.
• IPTV server credentials: the host address, username, and password of the IPTV/Xtream service you connect with. These credentials are provided by you, from your own third-party IPTV provider.
• Network information: your IP address, collected at the time of registration and trial activation, used solely for fraud prevention (see Section 3).
• Diagnostic logs: technical logs (app version, error messages, playback events) sent automatically by the App to help us troubleshoot issues. These logs are visible only to our support/admin team.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store payment card numbers or banking details. Subscription renewals are currently handled manually through direct contact (e.g. WhatsApp) with our support team, not through in-app automated payment processing.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and activate your subscription.
• To connect the App to the IPTV server associated with your account.
• To prevent fraudulent use of free trial offers: we permanently retain a record of the device ID and IP address associated with each trial claim (even if the associated account is later deleted) so that a single device/network cannot claim more than one free trial.
• To diagnose bugs and improve the reliability of playback and login features.
• To communicate with you regarding your account status or support requests.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

FXTV PLAYER is a media player application. It does not host, produce, or provide any television channels, movies, or series content itself. Any content accessible through the App is streamed directly from the IPTV/Xtream server address you or our system configured your account with, over which we have no editorial control. We are not responsible for the availability, legality, or content of any third-party stream accessed through credentials connected to the App.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only accessible to our internal support/admin staff for the purposes described above.

6. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account remains active. Anti-fraud trial records (device ID / IP address) are retained permanently, independent of account deletion, to preserve the integrity of our free trial system. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us (trial anti-fraud records will still be retained as described above).

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
